Removal orders from .ca

You may have to execute a removal order for a number of reasons, but it gets complicated when you want to ship your products outside of a given market, or you live outside that market. 

Let's say you want product currently in a Canadian Amazon FC returned to you, or you need to have product prepped again to fix a labelling or packaging issue.  You can send removal orders our way, and we will send them back to you in the country of your choice, or to Amazon.  Please consult our policies related to grading, and refurbishing.

Here is the process:

  • Assess if it is worth removing the items instead of having Amazon dispose of them. This is especially true if you are shipping across a border.

  • You must be an existing client; your first order with us cannot be a removal order.

    In the case of products being returned to you, batch your removal orders, and issue them periodically.

  • Provide us with the tracking numbers given to you by Amazon.

  • Let us know when everything has been delivered as we have no visibility on the shipping process of removal orders.

  • Removal orders are treated the same way as new inventory sent to us.

  • Shipping

    • Shipping back to Amazon in Canada follows the same process as new inventory; purchase your shipping on Seller Central to get the negotiated rate.

    • Shipping to you in Canada will be via the lowest cost shipper.

    • Shipping to you outside Canada is most efficient if you arrange shipping yourself, potentially leveraging your own accounts with shipping companies. In that case, you provide us with the shipping labels (PDF format), prepare the commercial invoice, and submit it electronically, or send it to us (PDF format) to be applied to the first carton in the shipment.

      • We will make the outgoing cartons as full as possible, within the weight limits imposed by the selected shipping company, to minimize your cost.

      • A charge of $2 per SKU will be applied for each SKU for which we have to determine the Country of Origin.


  1. Removal orders have a lower priority than processing inbound orders going to Amazon. We will process your removal orders as fast as possible, but delays are to be expected.

  2. All prices in C$.

  3. All services subject to 13% HST.
