Abandoned Inventory

Abandoned inventory can result from the following:

  • A client does not settle the invoice, or provide shipping labels .
  • We cannot be trace the product back to an order, and the client does not contact us.

Inventory will be considered abandoned if:

  • Product cannot be traced back to an order, and is not claimed within 30 days of its reception.
  • A client does not settle an invoice, or provide shipping labels, within 30 days of the invoice being issued.

If possible, abandoned inventory will be disposed of by gifting it to a suitable local charity.
